Lumenx, LLC was formed in 2004 to overcome the weaknesses of performance management systems.  Lumenx’s CLICK360 mission is to align employees’ actions and activities with organizational goals and objectives allowing each and every employee to know what they need to know and what they need to do in order to improve  their organization’s performance.  The CLICK360 Technology includes automated goal and competencies setup, 360 Evaluations, a pay for performance system, and a performance dashboard highlighted by a  patent pending four box model that shows relative performance of  each employee and their peers.
