The continued success of any organization requires that individuals at all levels participate in managing, assessing and reviewing the strengths and weaknesses of the organization’s Human Capital. Every employee is entitled to know the answer to the question, “How am I doing?” both in absolute and relative terms. They need to know what Key Performance Indicators they are doing well in and those where they are fall short of expectations. This 360° process formalizes and standardizes performance feedback to support a feedback-rich culture within our company. Your responsibility as an individual in this process is to develop a peer list for yourself. That list needs to include employees who not only know your work but also needs to include those who will be willing and able to give you critical feedback to improve your performance. Likewise, those individuals who have put you on their peer list are expecting you to be candid, factual and support your ratings with objective evidence.

You are responsible for communicating with your employees on an on-going basis. The review should not be a “surprise” for anyone participating in the process. It is recommended that you print and distribute a copy of the 360° process results before you have a sit-down discussion with the individual. You should also review the data so as to compare the peer results to the evaluation you prepared. Your job is to make sure that every job in our organization is filled with the right person, with the right skills, producing the right results. You are expected to provide evidence of the individual’s skills and competencies as well as identifying any developmental needs for improved performance. Consistency in evaluating individuals across the organization will enable us to better assess our overall organization and identify any talent gaps.

Administrators help facilitate the Click360 performance management processes, ensure that participants really understand the working of the system, and perform other vital administrative functions.

Your role is helping to facilitate the 360° Performance Management Process. You are expected to ensure that participants really understand the working of the system and that you proactively identify system issues in order to provide a seamless experience to the end user. You are expected to follow-up on reviews that are overdue and help identify reports and/or system modifications that will improve the evaluation process. You are also expected to ensure that organizational reporting relationships are correct and that there is data integrity for each individual using the system. This includes timely additions and deletions.
